  • How long will my painting take to get to me?
  • Answer – We will ship your order within 3-5 days, shipping time is also 3-5 days depending on location. If you need expedited shipping please Contact Us.

  • What are your privacy and security policies?

  • Will I receive an invoice for my order?
  • Answer – Yes you will. An email receipt will be sent automatically as well as an email with shipping confirmation and your tracking number. A paper receipt will accompany the painting along with the Certificate of Authenticity. If it is a gift to someone we will include a Packing Slip with No Pricing with the Certificate.
  • Do you have overnight delivery?
  • Answer – Yes, using FedEx. Please Contact Us for more information.
  • Can you mail my purchase to a gift recipient?
  • Answer – Yes, there will be a separate “Ship To” Address area to enter a different address than your billing address. For other Gift Options please Contact Us..
  • What about insurance and returns?
  • Answer – Your painting will be shipped fully insured with tracking via FedEx. If you are not happy with the painting, simply return the painting using FedEx, all returns are free via FedEx. All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.
